PRODUCTION TIME

We have a very small stock so most pieces are made to order. Please check in with us to see if we have your piece in stock. If piece has to be made please allow 6 weeks for production.

SHIPPING

Most items ship from Mexico to our US location then distributed via USPS for US and other countries.

Orders within Mexico ship with DHL or Estafeta.

If we have your garment in stock then it ships from the U.S. via USPS priority mail. This takes 3-5 business days for shipping.

If you wish for your order to ship express

Golondrina is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages.

International Shipping

For orders to Australia PLEASE CHECK IN WITH US BEFOR AS PRICES HAVE CHANGED.

Canada, Europe & Asia, an extra fee of $20 usd is applied.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Due to the handcrafted nature of each piece, returns are not accepted but can be exchanged for a garment of similar value or higher, returned within 7 days from when your item was received. Customer is responsible for shipping fee both ways.

CARE FOR YOUR ITEM

Best way to care for your item is to hand wash, To preserve the color of a naturally dyed fabric hand wash in cold water with ph neutral soap, do not rub and air dry in a shaded area.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
